- OUR SHIPPING -
VAMBI CO. LLC resides in Georgia. We do standard shipping with
USPS at a flat rate of $5.75 anywhere in the USA.
Upon receiving your order we will ship it out within 1 - 3 business days.
Once USPS has your package, we will send your shipping information to the
email you have provided us along with the tracking number.
PLEASE MAKE SURE we have your CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS.
You should receive your package within 3 - 7 business days
FYI: You can look up where your package is and the estimated arrival date by going to USPS.com and checking the tracking number assigned to your package.
USPS DELAYS
Ocasionally, USPS can have delays in delivery. VAMBI CO. LLC is NOT responsible on any delays for USPS part. If your tracking number states that your package was delivered, and you DO NOT have the package, contact your local USPS for help!
They will gladly assist you with your case and help resolve it.
LOST PACKAGE
In very rare cases your package may get lost in the system. Again, please contact USPS they will help you file a missing package claim. If applicable, they may provide you with a full refund. Its important you CONTACT THEM!

This is for LOCALS in the Douglas and Cobb county ( Georgia, USA ) area or if you live within 40 MINUTES FROM DOUGLAS COUNTY.
